Very happy with this TV mount. Easy to install and reasonable price.
Just be sure you realize it is not made for bigger plasmas.
I hung a 42" plasma but that is about the top of its weight capacity.

I received this tilt wall mount within 4 days of ordering and it arrived in time for me to have my new 42" Samsung up on the wall by Saturday night. I read through the instructions before I got the tools out and was chagrinned to find that I thought I was going to need a new tool to tighten the specially designed hex screws that came in the hardware pack with this kit. Then I figured out that the very long rod shaped like an allen wrench that came with the mount was, in fact, the tool I needed to tighten down these special hex screws that have a small metal post in their centers. Confused? So was I until I realized that I had the tool all along. Funny thing though was that this tool and how to use it is mentioned nowhere in the instructions for this Peerless product.
Having said all this, I would buy the mount again. It is sturdy, works as it is described in the online ad and is doing an admirable job of keeping the TV up on the wall.

Great mount.
Works with Standard 16" apart studs and has flexibility to mount on other studs as well.
Need to use the Nut Driver Bits instead of the Phillips driver while drilling into the stud.
The Tilt part is little tricky, Definitely need 2 people to mount!
