Digital camera Review: Beach Camera - Few good customer executives...

This is a specific review for Beach Camera and for executive Maurice. I brought Pentax Papilio 6.5x21 Porro Prism Binocular from Beach Camera. Some how my piece behaved different then the reviews done on line on Amazon.com
I take Amazon reviews very seriously. My binocular did not do well per reviews and i contacted with Beach Camera wich was not comfortable. I spoke to a person called Josch (?) and my experience was horrible. He hung up on me after taking details after many minutes of wait.
Today another executive called me, named Maurice. He assured me of best service and i am glad that i will be getting the binocular that every body raved so much about. I really appreciate his effort in calling me and showing positive attitude to solve the issue (i followed up with others for close to a month).
Ultimately customer buying experience depends more on the sales/customer executive's response to a problem. I am looking forward to a good experience with Beach Camera and look forward that they should promote good people in their team who understand a customer even if he is single transaction holder. He also assured me of a quick turn around of the item which is very welcome. If everything goes right from here I would not hesitate to recommend Beach Camera as long as they have good people like this 1 '. :)

I have very limited experience using binoculars, but we are going on a cruise to Alaska this spring and felt that we should get some. I studied up on all my options and picked these due to size (they are very compact for the power) and other reviews that I read.
I tried them out in my yard watching squirrels build a nest in a tree far out in the woods. They are fantastic. I could clearly see all the activity during the nest building. I wear glasses and these presented no problems.
I would recommend them to the novice, although I am sure there are better these will meet my needs exactly.

I bought these binoculars for a trip and the proved themselves at every turn. Supersharp images, closeup you can't believe, easy to use and carry. Great item for the dollars. Highly recommended!
