Do not buy this phone. I just returned mine. The sound quality is terrible. There is an echo of your own voice when you speak, and the incoming sound has an echo as well. Also, the volume when reviewing messages is too low, and cannot be turned up very much. I can't believe this phone made it past the initial product testing phase.Digital camera Review: This phone is terrible!

If you spend a considerable amount of time on the phone, as I do, please do not consider purchasing this product. It is annoyingly difficult to dial, as often times the numbers do not register. Then you have to chose which line you'd like to use even though you only have 1 line. Then, it will randomly turn off--not because of the battery mind you--it just shuts off or displays the word searching..... Three minutes in, you are still trying to dial out for a phone call which takes less time. There is a very long list of annoying qualities this phone has so let me leave you with this....This is the MOST UN-USER FRIENDLY phone I have EVER used. I saw some reviews re: sound quality and honestly I dont care how good the sound quality is if I can dial out. This phone is a big enough investment that you should be happy with it and mark my words you will not be!Digital camera Review: Useless phone!!

It's been almost an year since I purchased the phone, I should have submitted the review a long time back. I bought this phone because of the amazing features but what good is it when the phone itself is defective, it is a complete let down. appearance looked good, features were amazing, it had more features I was looking for than the other phones so I decided to buy this,what a mistake!!! don't but this phone unless you would like to gift it to someone you don't like..
Lots of defects.
1)Battery is weak and I always see the Low battery warning just with an hour of talking.
2) The phone gets disconnected too often.
3) Sometimes the handset just shuts down.
4) Sound quality is poor.
The only good thing is the speaker of the base.

Expected so much more out of the sound quality...has alot of static and echo to it. I love all of the other features but I find myself using our old reliable Panasonic cordless over this one just because of the annoying sounds.
