Wish someone reviewed this product before I bought one because when it arrived I was taken back by how small the print was to read. It's also unusually long to carry in a smaller camera bag which one might use while walking around looking for shots, a likely time to need a handy reference. It's flexible and bends fortunately, but I'm thinking to sell mine soon as I run across someone interested enough. Cost of shipping being close to cost of product makes it not worth returning.
The card is color coded, but not brightly, although this is hardly as important as information it contains which is the only thing good I can say for it so far. The Nikon D300 is relatively new, so it's hard to tell if there are contradictions between the card and actual menu options which may take more time to discover. Wish I could say more on this subject, forgive the omission, but it wouldn't be worth reading if I had under the circumstances. The concept is good for high end cameras being as their menus are extremely detailed and feature packed, so I would recommend having one around for those less familiar with them or their newly acquired equipment.
Good thing I also bought the Nikon D300 inBrief Laminated Reference Card which is far superior in that it's readable, smaller, and brightly coded, better designed. Between the two it's the one I'd be most likely to recommend to a friend.

This is a one-of-a-kind CheatSheet for the Nikon D300 Digital SLR camera. If youown this camera, you know what an amazing device it is. But who can remember allof those functions?? This CheatSheet is like having the manual on a card - but better! It's a concisesummary of what's in the manual. It's is an "easy to take with you", invaluable quick reference. It's printed on both sides of a full-sheet of paper that's laminated with a light 3-mil laminate and is folded in thirds. When folded it's about 4" x 8 3/4" so it stores easily. Laminated, waterproof and very sharp and clear, this is a very high quality product.
