I have had several head phones and this one is by far the best that I have owned. It is very clear and easy to adjust the volume. Sometimes it is a little hard to get the phone out of the base if you are in a hurry.
Over all I would recommend this phone to anyone.

I am very happy with this purchase. This is a great hands free device that works well. The sound is great - I don't even feel like I am talking on the phone because the headset is so light and not evasive. I love the features of the blinking light when I'm on the phone and that it blinks when I have a call waiting on my message center. The features of the CT12 are better than my past CT10, as when I keep knocking the phone off my belt it doesn't create a hardship on the wiring to the battery (if I develop a problem by my clumsiness, it will be on the headset wire) and the clip to my belt is separate and not a plastic feature to break like on the CT10. The phone and headset work pretty well from a clarity standpoint. The problems that I have, is it interferes with other wireless devices that are also 2.4 GHZ. I get kicked off my wireless internet connection at times. Sometimes I cannot get back on until I hang up. This does not always happen and sometimes changing channels helps but sometimes it does not.

I love this product! I sometimes work from home and was miserable trying to deal with the computer and the phone at the same time. I'm in the Software development business so the computer is my second set of hands. This product allows me hands-free when I'm dealing with either a customer or phone meetings. I love it and even use it for my personal use when cooking or just roaming the house.
