Maybe this will help some fellow customers. If you have a problem being knocked off of your WiFi, call tech support for your internet provider and they will help you change the channel on your Wifi so that you won't have inerference from the phone. This is the best phone I have ever used. I use it for my work, I do customer service from home and have always had problems hearing. I do have a hearing loss, but with this phone I don't need it on maximum most of the time. If I can't hear someone I just increase up to maximum and I hear fine. The item is compact in size which is very convenient. Although the headset doesn't adjust quite small enough for me. Haven't used it much yet, but the sound quality appears to be good. Packed full of features (which I have a hard time remembering how to use). Has several different ringtones, which you can assign to different callers, if you wish. That is a feature I had only had on a cell phone prior to this. Drawback: It is hard to remove from charger with the headset cord attached. Must grab it just right from the top two side edges. This cordless headset is great, except that I get a lot of static through the headset. I continually press the scan button to have it change channels to get a clearer connection, but it hasn't helped yet. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this product.Digital camera Review: Cordless Headset Phone

I gave this to my husband as a gift and he absolutely loves it. It is small and compact and does not take up much room. He loves the hands-free aspect and the sound is GREAT. He can hear every detail while on the phone.
