I ordered a DSP-400 Digitally Enhanced USBfoldable Stereo Headset AND Software for $63.95. What I got was just the head set that they charge $40 on this web site. I did not get the software. They say to call within 48 hours if there is a problem. However, they don't provide a contact phone number. Now I have to call my cc company and file a complaint. I think this was is sloppy and irresponsible way to do business on the web. Especially with the amazon name behind them. I won't buy anything from this company again. Maryann Kaczmarek
