I bought this headset to replace an annoying logitec model that I suffered with for over a year. It's been a wonderful change. I don't have to constantly wrestle with the mouthpiece, it fits comfortably on my head, and the audio quality is great. I use it mostly for Skype to call back home to the US from the country I live in, and it works wonderfully, but keep in mind, Skype will still be Skype and call quality will vary no matter how nice of a headset you buy. But at least with this headset the inconsistencies are a lot fewer and farther between.
Downside - I'm not sure why they even bother marketing it as a portable headset because even folded up it's pretty bulky. I'm not sure how it actually holds up when traveling, it seems like it might break easily. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this headset and would buy it again!

Not comfortable to wear.
The enhancer and the mic looks big as if this is a headset made in 1930's
Moral : I am not at all satisfied with this product, did not expect such one from My Favourite brand Plantronics.
I am returning this back to amazon. !

The sound is great. The microphone is great. The headset could be a little less flemsy. This is my second set because the first set broke. It was my fault, I barely sat on them. I did not think it was enough to break it but I was worng. If you treat them gingerly, they will serve you well. I would rate it higher it it were ade of sterner stuff.
