I work from home and spend 3-7 hours per day on the phone. This headset is very comfortable and the voice clarity is excellent, both sending and receiving. I had a few comments at first that people couldn't hear me, but after switching the microphone to high, that problem went away. I had concerns from other reviews about the comfort of this head set, but the MX500i is the most comfortable headset that I have ever worn and I don't find it to be particularly difficult to put on. I also like that I can use this headset with my cordless phone at home as well as with my cell phone. I can't speak to the durability of this headset, as I've only had it for a week. this one is the best - as it comes with a USB adapter providing voice/audio from/to computer. That means you are instantly enabled on Skype or Google Voice - plus works on the cell phone and house phones. Lightweight, great sounds, flexible... This is superb for online gaming, and I'm sure it works well with a phone too. Great for "plug and play" with Windows Vista. If you have it, and you still want to use your computer speakers, but use the mic for communication, make sure you set your speakers to default in the sound category of the control panel. When you plug the mic it Windows Vista sets it to the default speaker. It's a great microphone and I would certainly recommend it to gamers.Digital camera Review: Great for computer, cell phone great

This item is great, we have about 12 of them in our office and use them for podcasting as well as telephone answering and even on the iphone.
Work on XP, Vista and Mac without a problem, plug and play.

This is a great little product! Fits right or left ear and has great audio quality. I've ordered 3 of these as gifts. I often unplug it from the USB cable and use the 2.5mm jack to connect it to my cell phone or portable phones. It has in-line volume control and muting, so you don't have to fumble with the mute buttons on various applications.
