Digital camera reviews of Plantronics UPCALISTO Bluetooth HeadsetDigital camera Review: Calisto Magic! Summary: 4 Stars
It does what I need it to do with ease and it is seamless! It is ok there are a few drawbacks but once you ger used to them it beats most alternatives. The price point was good too!

Great product. Works well with the base unit (land line) and my cell phone. My only issue is I would like a longer battery life in the handset for the land line. You have to charge it every few days.
Digital camera Review: Calisto Pro is great, but read this if you want to use it with Skype Summary: 4 Stars
I love the unit, my clients say the clarity of my voice has improved 100% over my old headset, it was easy to set up, the head set fits good (most that I try that do not fit over my head fall off), it works great with a land line and great with my cell phone.
BUT they advertise that it works with SKYPE and I've been trying to use it for several weeks without luck. The calls get cut off as soon as the other party answers the phone. I think it may work with Windows XP, but I'm using Vista and it does not work. There are a couple of posts at Skype forums from people with the same problem.
I'm not sure if it is a Plantronics software working with Vista problem or a Skype working with the Plantronics software problem. Of course, everyone is pointing to the other guy as the problem.
So if you are wanting to use it with Skype - get another headset.

I like the phone. The bluetooth headset needs modification. As has been stated previously here, it fits too loosely. I had to wrap the over-the-ear piece in medical tape to make it more stable. It should be adjustable because everyone's ears are different. It is too big for my ear, so the speaker sits a little too low which affects the sound quality.
Digital camera Review: Cool - but has issues Summary: 3 Stars
I've had my Plantronics Calisto Pro for about 3 years now.
Nice little phone, very compact, good range...BUT...Plantronics had to replace my first unit after the headset wouldn't synch with the handset. They were pleasant and eay to deal with. The second one they shipped gave me about a year of good service, (just beyond warranty) before the handset buttons began to fail. I'm getting ready to replace the phone now because the handset buttons have become all but impossible to press. In one sense, I'm going to miss this great little phone; but I'm not going to miss the quality issues.
Plantronics will need better quality control to earn my business again.
