Digital camera Review: Good phone, Great service from Plantronics

I love this phone, it make working from home so much easier.
My unit have some issue after a month of use (one of the key doesn't work).
Called Plantronics, they send me the replacement unit and I got it in 3 days.
Great service. They ship me the replacement unit first, then i ship my broken unit back to them. No question asked.
Digital camera Review: Good sound, bad features

The sound quality is good and that's extremely important, however we all want convenience too. My biggest complaint is that the phone does not save caller ID information, only the phone number, in the call history. I like the small size but it does mean the numbers are very small and hard to dial - however, I think the small size is worth it. The bluetooth headset works well but is not very comfortable for long periods of time. Also, the battery life is inadequate.Digital camera Review: Great Hands Free Phone

This phone is great. I use it as my office phone (Skype) but also have it connected to my home phone. It's great that I can use one phone to do both. The quality of the phone is amazing. The speaker/handset/BT headset delivers near office quality sound and the range is better than expected.
The only drawback I have encountered is that there is background noise on my home phone when I connect this phone to Sykpe via USB connection & home phone. But, the user on the other side does not hear it so it's not too bad.
The price is steep, but worth it if used as an office phone.

I work at home and am on the phone all the time. Previous to this I used the Plantronics stand alone phone with a corded ear piece. This phone does what it is supposed to. It dials easily and the menu system for missed or dialed calls is easy to use. The head piece is very light and after a while you forget it is on. I keep telling my friends it is the best investment for an office product I ever made. This is a serious phone. Although I am not anal about what this phone should do, I have high expectations about the core features of any phone. Plantronics makes really quality products and this is no exception.
