I've had the Storm for a few months now, and I'm glad that I bought a silicone cover. The cover makes it easier to hold onto the phone, because it grips much better than just the phone. It has prevented my phone from hitting the ground a few times because it doesn't slide (if you've set it near the edge of a table). I can put my phone on the dash of my car and it doesn't slide off, which is nice for using the VZ Navigator.
I bought pink, and it's a nice dash of color. For the price, you can buy a few and color coordinate :-)
I've also noticed there are a few scuffs and scratches on the back of the cover, which says that it is doing it's job and protecting my Storm!
