Someone else said it was "finicky" about going back up, but mine gives me no problems. You just have to learn how to use the tension rod, much like window blinds. For $60, the deal just can't be beat. It's a good, budget screen. If you can find a decent screen for less than this deal, you better take it, because this is as cheap as it gets for projector screens!!Digital camera Review: Great value

On a "budget" home-theater binge, I wanted as large and vivid a screen as possible without the impact on my wallet. This screen's price is significantly lower than most others of this size, so I was very worried about its quality.
I hung it from the ceiling in my living room. It looks exactly like what it is - not particularly classy, but not ugly either.
The rolling mechanism works as expected. When pulled down, it latches so there is equal amounts of black border between the top and bottom, it looks great; I don't recommend pulling it any further, since I've heard complaints of it not rolling back up.
That being said, it has retracted well, although sometimes it takes a second or third try to get it to go the entire way up, especially if you're going slow. It'd probably do better if I let it "fly" upward, but I don't want to hurt the screen with the sudden stop.
It does not appear particularly cheap, but it does look like a few uncontrolled retractions could start to wear on the screen material.
The image is great, and the surface looks very uniform from all angles. (no specular reflections from the projector, which is good)
I would definitely buy this screen again, even if my budget was doubled.
