All has been said for this projector screen. I have been using it for the last two months and it is incredibly stable. No problems at all. Clear picture and great built quality considering its price. The only thing is that the box came partially opened. This screen came right on schedule. The box was in mint condition. Pulled the screen out, measured to put the screen on the wall. Very easily went up and pulled down to watch. No problem pulling up and down. Nice VERY clear, sharp picture. Great we now watch TV on a 92 inch screen. Who needs a fancy TV?....Digital camera Review: ready to gamble?

The first screen wouldn't retract at all, no matter how many different people tried it (and we have experience with blind rollers). I returned it and the second one arrived with broken screws and a cracked side, as if someone had tried to open it to repair it. Tiger Direct was kind enough to refund all my shipping and advised me to try the Elite Screen 100" Diagonal 16:9 Pull Down Projection Screen, which is only $10 more but with a lot less complaints.
Update: the Elite Screen arrived broken and I gave up on under-$100 projector screens.

What can I say; its 100inches wow..My wife was shocked when the box showed up. very impressive mounted to the wall in the living room. its a little finicky going back up. reminds me of how you have to pull the cord on the blinds towards the side to get them to stay up.
