I was really happy to find this product and for such a great price too. It has a not far from perfect sound quality, and just enough effects to keep the user satisfied. It has a speaker balance and an equalizer. It also has a line-in for a microphone.
The sound quality and the equalizer will be good enough for most of the people looking to buy a product in this price range. On the equalizer you can control the bass and the treble if this is not good enough for you, you can by separate equalizer. The one thing that I personally did not like about the sound quality was how the amp tried to make the music sound warmer than what it could handle.
I was really satisfied with this product for the first month, and then both the channels went out. So, I sent it in hoping that it broke because it was refurbished. It came back and all was well again, and then a month later the left channel stopped working. After this I gave up with the unit and got a different brand.

Pyle Pro's PTA2 combines the usefulness of a small, take-anywhere amplifier with a full featured mixer. Three stereo line-level inputs and a 1/4" microphone input are provided for source connection and mixing. A pager switch provides source attenuation for microphone priority. Stereo recording is made possible by the built-in line-level outputs.
