We bought this so that we could hook up our DVD Player to our television that had no place to hook it up. Not only were we able to hook up the DVD Player and VCR through this to the television, but it actually improved the picture on the screen. The picture is much clearer and the colors are more vibrant! We wholeheartedly recommend this item!Digital camera Review: Worked great, wish it lasted longer.

My RCA RF modulator just went out on me. It appears the power adapter is no longer functioning properly. It lasted about 5 years.
It worked great and allowed me to take the S-video output of my dvd and play it through my TV, resulting in a better picture than when connected via an rca cable.

I purchased this item for an older 27 inch television about 3 months ago. I hooked my dvd player up to the unit and forgot all about it. It has worked great so far I guess because I haven't had to touch it since.Digital camera Review: For the price paid..it works!

This item is light-weight plastic. I used velcro to attach it firmly to the side of my TV set so that it would not fall off onto the floor. Once hooked up, I found that it is working well. I had the feeling that if it fell, just once, it would all be over.
