Digital camera Review: A really good purchase

This is a great clock-radio. Just the right size....not too big...and one that's quite easy to use. It has good sound quality, and one of the nicest features is that the beeping alarm starts out quietly and gradually builds up to a much louder tone. This is the easiest and most convenient alarm clock I've ever owned. I love the Smart Snooze feature where any button activates the alarm snooze. The programmable snooze period allows me to experiment with different snooze times in order to find the snooze period that's just right for me. The display is large and is visible from a wide range of viewing angles.
Pros:
- Buzzer alarm starts off at a low volume and gradually increases. This is great from the perspective of a late-sleeping spouse.
- Setting or changing an alarm time automatically turns that alarm on. This way, you don't forget to activate the alarm.
- Programmable snooze gives you the ability to experiment with different periods.
- The nap feature is very convenient and allows you to set an alarm without having to reset one of the two primary alarm times.
Cons:
- Only one button turns off each alarm. I haven't had any problems with this, but I'm concerned that this button will be the first thing to fail.
- The radio alarm (as opposed to the buzzer) does NOT build volume gradually - it's immediately as loud as you've set it.
- You can't set two different snooze periods (i.e. you can't have different snooze times for each alarm). This would have been nice.

This is just a fantastic product that works very well and represents unbelievable value. I love the two alarms - weekdays/weekends for me. Simple to program and use, small size, good radio and fade-in alarm sound are all features I love here.
