This product was observed to have the least (if any) video signal attenuation over long distances. I highly recommend using this cable instead of a cheap unshielded coax cable to prevent expected image "ghosting" on your TV receiver especially when the cable input (generally "at the wall") is far from your TV (greater than 10 feet or more).
I purchased this Quad-Shield cable in the 50 feet configuration and the signal (video) characteristics are amazing compared to a regular unshielded coax cable purchased from WALL Mart for under $10. In reality you always get what you pay for!
