Product was as advertised. No problem with order processing or shipping. Some issues with getting the microphone to work in a game (a USB connection would be better than the mic/phones minijacks), but I worked through it. Headset would be a little more comfortable if it could be adjusted a little tighter (or maybe it's just my pinhead). The boom mike would be better if it could be adjusted forward/backwards.
