Digital camera reviews of Rip Cord Rechargeable Forever Flashlight with Emergency Siren. No Batteries, No Cranking, Just Pull the String.Digital camera Review: You'll be charging the "Forever Flashlight" FOREVER!! Summary: 1 StarsThis approx. 6" long flashlight requires literally hundreds and hundreds of pulls on its fragile ripcord (about 5 to 10 minutes worth of work) to get the four bulbs to shine brightly.
Worst of all - the flashlight does NOT STORE THE CHARGE and you have to start over every time you want to use it. Maybe in an emergency if you have absolutely no other source of light and lots of time and energy to invest in getting this to work, it will come in handy. I think I would rather sit in the dark.
Also: if you have a pacemaker or similar, you can't use it as the charging system may interfere with your device.
I really hated this thing!!
