I definitely recommend this item for all avid runners/walkers. I use it every time I go running to hold my keys. The best part is, I can run to a restaurant or store without hiding dollar bills or credit cards in my sneaker. I rarely wear my ipod when I run... but this is a must when I leave the door. The RunWallet is perfect for carrying important items while running. I use it to carry two cards and a key while I run. In addition, it's a perfect fit on my arm. There's no slipping and it feels very secure. I'm also able to attach it to my TuneBand which holds my iPhone 4. This allows me to carry all of my valuables on me while listening to music. The RunWallet does not have a lot of bells and whistles to it--It is a simple case for holding keys, credit cards, cash, etc., which fits on a strap that can be worn while running (or in other contexts, I suppose). But the simplicity is what makes it so tailor-made for its purpose. The velcro ensures that nothing falls out, and the strap is innocuous. Anyone who has a Tuneband or other mp3-player holder that fits on a strap knows that when done right, the strap/mp3 player is hardly noticed; the RunWallet is even lighter. This wallet is the ideal size to hold the necessities. It fits nicely on to the same tuneband strap as your ipod. Use it for running and exercise or just as a slim wallet. I recommend it if you hate trying to tie your keys around your drawstring, or holding them in your hand while you run. Also good if you plan to use your id, credit card, or cash at any point during or after the run.
