Digital camera Review: A great case with some style

This is my non working, weekend case & I really like it.
I have a leather belt clip case that I use & this case is slim enough to fit inside my leather case easily yet will keep my phone from falling out too easily.
It has a nice feel in my hand & the fit is just snug enough so that it comes off & goes on easily.
I use the Speck Tough Skin for work during the week but this is a sleek case for other times...

This case fits the phone very well. I was concerned that it would add too much heft to the handset, and I was wrong. It actually makes the phone feel better in your hand. It adds just the right amount of grip. It snaps on and off very easily, and actually covers the corners, unlike some other slim cases.
Overall, I'm very pleased. It seems like it will protect the phone well, and it looks very nice. As an added, bonus the packaging comes with some great bungled translations. My favorite is : "With Shield your cell phone is not the collection of fingerprints".
Highly recommended.

I had it for less than 7 weeks and the rubber coating had started peeling off. I take good care of my items and there was no reason for it to peel except a manufacturer's defect. I contacted Digital Media Source and their response by Marianne Buccellato-Customer Service Manager was "Sorry we only have a 30 day return policy". I was not looking to return it but just have the merchant stand by their product and replace the defective merchandise. Do yourself a favor and buy from a source that stands by their products and understands customer service. The Elago is a similar slim case and I had it for 6 months with no peeling even after accidentally dropping it once. I am going back to using the Elago slim case and if you do not want to have the same bad experience as I did go buy the Elago. The only reason I gave this company 1 star is because the product arrived on time. This is probably so they can take your money quicker.Digital camera Review: Almost perfect

If you're like me, you want a case to protect your iphone from scratches and minor dings without adding bulk to your pocket. You want a case that looks sweet and doesn't feel cheap. Well look no further. This case does exactly what you want: protects, looks great, and enhances grip without that silicon-y neoprene-y feel. Some areas are somewhat exposed--the edging does not cover the front silver edge of the iphone, and the top and bottom of the phone are more exposed to allow for port access. No, the case won't protect your iphone if you drop it 4 stories, and no it won't protect your phone if you run your car over it, and no it won't protect your phone from every scratch if you're a dumbass a put your keys in the same pocket as your phone, but it does a good job at keeping the back side of your phone well-preserved from normal wear and tear.
A couple downsides: the edging can scratch the silver edge of your phone, especially if you take the case on-and-off often, but not any more than if you let your phone endure normal unprotected wear and tear. You need to take the case out once in a while to clean out the dust and dirt that can get trapped over time (I clean it out once every month or so). You want to clean it out immediately if you get sand in there. The last downside is that the backside Apple logo is exposed. This looks cool but invites dust and dirt into the case. Also leaves it exposed to scratching. To prevent scratching I placed a plastic film just over the exposed part. Does not stop dirt from building up around the Apple logo, though.
Overall a wonderful case and highly recommended. The cons aren't enough of a problem for me to drop a star.
