Great joystick for adjustability. Love the ability to fold down and quick disconnect for breakdown with out being overly fragile. This is my first ever joystick, and I'm pretty happy with it. It's a bit stiff, but could be that it just needs a bit of breaking in. The customizable software is fantastic, letting you program entire sequences of keystrokes into a single button press, and with the "shift" button, you can virtually double your number of available buttons. My favorite feature is the locking split throttle... the two levers can function independently, or you can lock them together to act as a single throttle. The joystick itself has 4 or 5 adjustments to fit your hand perfectly. And it looks awesome. ;)
My only complaint it a slight dead zone in the center, which requires a bit of cranking before the software acknowledges you're moving the stick. This makes fine adjustments difficult, depending on what game you're playing. But overall, it's a fantastic deal.

This Cyborg X joystick from Saitek is a step in the right direction.
It's made for use with your right hand on the stick, and left hand on the throttle. An awesome feature is that the trottle supports dual engine control--engines 1 and 2 can be controlled independently of the other.
I liked the placement of the d-pad joystick at the point of your thumb for ease of control, but it sacrifices the ideal position for launching missiles when playing fighter sims. Despite that, having 4 programmable buttons at your thumb position makes on the fly control quick and easy.
My only real disappointment is that the base is not as secure as I'd like it to be. I've owned it for a month with light usage, and everything works as advertised. The dead zone is very small and sensitive as seen during calibration; but some games may have a dead zone that's unsatisfying when used with this stick (such as the HAWX demo). Comfortability wise, I rate it a 3 out of 5, since it seems overly square to hold.
For what it does, it's hard to find a better joystick for your money.

Cyborg is an excellent joystick! The Base could be more heavy, but is very good, and I recommend to everyone that love simulators like Tom Clancys Hawks, or Flight Simulator!

Pode comprar galera, é um joystick muito bom, a base poderia ser um pouco mais pesada, mas isso não impede de ser um excelente joy. Escolhi esse ao invés dos Logitechs, pois os Logs não duram nem um ano pelo que eu li nos reviews americanos. É uma excelente compra, e vem desmontado da base, para você carregar pra onde quiser com mais facilidade.

I purchased this joystick after using older Saitek Joysticks and loving them. This one fits right in. I have had no issues with this joystick at all, and when playing IL1946 it seems extremely accurate. It has more buttons than I could ever want and the scroll wheel under the HAT works great for flaps. Overall love this product Saitek does it again.
