I have an Emachines M6805 with a 15.4" screen and it fits this case. It is snug but not tight. The case is well designed and made. There are plenty of padded pockets and lots of velcro. A nice (and unexpected) feature is that the outer pocket has a hole at the bottom and is designed to fit over the extended handle of wheeled luggage. A real plus since this laptop is fairly heavy. I love my Samsonite L35 case.
It fits my Toshiba Satellite notebook perfectly, providing a secure fit and ample protection. It is slim, and can only fit a power cord and a slim file of documents in addition to the Satellite.
The front organizational area has room for a pen case, cell phone, iPod, and external wireless card. It is compact, light, and has endured abuse well so far.
