Hookup took 5 minutes. Picture quality was everything I had heard from reviews. Outstanding. It takes about a minute for the player to load the disc for viewing but that doesn't bother me (it's alot of info) It immediately synced with my Samsung HDTV. I am totally satisfied. Awesome Blu Ray....picture quality and sound is unbelievable! Worth paying a tad more for. Watch price...goes from 299 up.....335.71 today (12/11). This combined with Samsung 52" 650 is unbeatable in picture, sound, and quality. Not all blu rays are equal...1080p is only way to go if upgrading..read other sites for feedback before you buy. Great Product. Netflix works great, and no issues. load times of the Disks can be a little long, but that is just a factor of Blue Ray I believe

After a quick firmware upgrade (requires ethernet cable and internet connection) this player lets me watch netflix with ease. Many people point out load times, but these aren't like video game load times, they happen once when you put the disc in and then they're gone. It takes a bit to load but is far from unreasonable.
