Able to connect two media boxes, cable box, external antenna, DVR, DVD player without any problems. Now able to downgrade my A/V receiver to just handle speaker system via fiber. Great looking picture and no hiccups (1/2 sec system resets as seen with 2005 Vista HDTV). Lighter than the 35" tube TV it replaced. I want to thank all the previous reviewers for their comments on this product - they were important in helping me choose this set.
For approximately $1,700, there is no way you can go wrong with this purchase. My Amazon order was smooth (they even gave me credit for a price drop within 30-days). The delivery was on time and effective - they even unpacked the product in my house. The set is surprisingly light, and the setup was simple.
The HD picture is incredible, while the non-HD picture is acceptable for a 61" screen. Unless your space has depth limitations or you are intending to mount a set to the wall, bypass all the expensive flat panel alternatives and buy this set.

I will keep this simple. The Tv itself is awesome. The size and specs make this a perfect choice for those who need over 55 inches and dont want to spend money on an lcd or plasma. I own a panasonsic plamsma at 1080p but this unit blows it away. While the other reviewers mentioned the greatness of no bulb replacement; I will touch on the 3-D setup when hooking a pc up to it. Google Earth looks holographic images just pop out at you and 3-D dvd look the same. Dont be fooled by the gimmick of turning regular dvd into 3-d (jumping out) or mpg the technology only allows for field depth. Great 3-D TV I love gaming on it as well. To me the colors and movies look 10x better than any other technology.
