Digital camera Review: Absolutely Amazing!

I have been nothing but impressed with the TV so far. I was a little nervous buying the TV online from Amazon, but so far I havent had any issues. Mind you it has only been 3 weeks since I received the TV, but so far so good. The picture is amazing and the sound is pretty good. What can I say about this TV that hasn't already been said. It arrived on time and in good condition. Even though my old TV was a 40 inch tube Sony Wega with a blurry picture, it doesn't disqualify me from saying that the picture quality of the Samsung 46 inch TV is stunning. I bought a $62 Toshiba upverting DVD player locally to go along with it. I also have a XBox 360, Wii, and a standard definition DirecTV connected to it. All do very well. I was worried that a standard definition signal would look terrible, but as long as you keep the picture setting at 4:3, it looks great. I have an HD DVR on order. Just another week and a half a way. I can't wait to watch hockey in HD.
Only negative that I can see is if you have more than one standard RCA connection device and no surround sound receiver, you will need some kind of converter or switch since the TV has only one standard RCA (white, red, yellow) connection.
Folks, I saved $600 buying from Amazon over the best local price. High Quality and great price. How can you go wrong?
Digital camera Review: Absolutely Superb Picture Quality!

This set blows away every other TV including the overpriced Sony's. The Touch of Color is VERY subtle, almost unnoticeable. There is some glare but not enough to be of concern. The colors are spot on! Blacks are a rich, deep, glossy ink black with good shadow detail. Razor sharp images. I just saw a friends Pioneer Plasma Elite Kuro Pro and this set can hold it's own against the Kuro. The Kuro may have a little better shadow detail but it's not nearly as bright as this one. The Kuro has a little less screen glare but it was not that much better. And this is much cheaper than the Kuro. Too bad these LCD's don't go much a above 52-55"; plasmas still reign at these large sizes.
One suggestion: Turn down the sharpness to around 10. The picture will actually improve with more detail visible.
Summary: If a high quality picture is paramount to you, this LCD beats everything out there including those overpriced Sony's.
Other notes: I avoided the 750 series due to halo effect and pealing bezel issues. Also Amazon had it in my house in three business days! This set included the latest firmware and had none of the picture anomalies that some folks have reported in the AVS forums.

I have had this TV for about 24 hrs. It is simply great, right out of the box. I am watching Monday Night Football and it looks like the game is being played inside the TV! As far as the glare issues go, I have a lamp directly behind me, facing the TV and I have no problems at all. The TV has adjustments to compensate for the lighting. If you are thinking about buying a new TV, you must get this one. I have been watching on Amazon for about 3 weeks and got tired of them jacking around with the price, when I could drive downtown and get it for the same price. Purchased at Circuit City for $1500 out the door and a 60 day price match guarantee. I compared this TV's picture against the others in the store and it was hands down the best. I purchased the Samsung LN46A650 46-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV with RED Touch of Color on March 2, 2009 and got it today March 5, 2009. I guess it helps to live close to the Amazon.com warehouse. The "Enhanced Delivery" was exactly as described. I did have to help the driver carry it into the house, but I expected that. The delivery guy unpacked it, removed all the plastic, and hooked it up. He didn't ask me to sign for until he made sure it worked fine. This was the "free shipping". I must admit that I was a little nervous about purchasing this TV online, but Amazon has put those fears to rest. And to top it all off I got it for $100.00 less than Newegg.com. "Good job Amazon. As for the TV, well, it is simply amazing! The "RED Touch of Color" is very subtle and elegant. But what is really cool is the TV itself when you have an HD signal. It can be summed up in one word WOW! Samsung has hit a home run with this TV. My advice to you is quit shopping around and just buys this TV, you will not be sorry.
I will definitely buy from Amazon.com again and I would buy another Samsung TV too.
