We were out of town when the TV arrived in the city. Once the TV was in town, we were contacted several times by email and telephone to arrange a delivery time.
The actual delivery took place at the arranged time, with competent, friendly promptness.
The product was a birthday present to my husband, something he has been wanting for over a year. The TV itself does all that was claimed. He can't stop talking about how clear and bright the picture is.

This is a great product. After viewing this HDTV in a big box store and comparing image rendition with other brands, it was clear that the A650 has the best image of any LCD TV. The surface is like glass so it doesn't intrude itself in the image you are looking at. It also, to my surprise, doesn't seem to contribute to glare.
Another area of performance in which this unit excelled was the angle of view. In the store it was clear that the angle of useful viewing was wider for the Samsung than any competing unit we looked at.

I recently purchased the LN46A650 and have loved it since. I am actually using my T.V. as a monitor to write this. I originally planned to buy the 52 inch 650 series until I came across a salesman who showed me just how big it would be in my room, which is a pretty big room. So instead I chose the 46 inch and it fits perfectly. The television works great with blueray on my Playstation 3 and the HD box is also decent with the T.V..
It takes about 30 minutes to take everything out of the box and hook it up. You will also have to register your television online at Samsung.com if you want to use the limited lifetime warranty. I have had no problems with the T.V. since I have owned it. It has not shut off, overheated, the screen works great and I couldn't be happier.
All in all, it's a great buy and you won't be dissapointed. I also have the Samsung 5.1 surround sound coming from Amazon to go with my system. Its called the HT-Z310T and has about 1,000 watts worth of power.
The T.V. is also easy to configure when you finally get it set up.

OK. Where do I start. I started seriously researching TVs about a month ago. I read many of these reviews and others. The good and the bad. I have had this TV for about a week and so far it has been amazing! The picture quality is awesome!! (HD)
I must say I am very happy with my purchase. Amazon had this television at least $400.00 cheaper the department stores during Black Friday week. This is the first time I have made such a big purchase ONLINE. I have no regrets other than waiting a week to receive my set. Pilot Air Freight scheduled an appointment by phone and delivered no problem.
Glare has not been an issue with my set and have a "S" Panel as well.
So, now that I have replaced my 27' Tube from 15 years ago with a Samsung LCD I had to upgrade everything else. I also purchase a HT-A100 Samsung Home Theatre system that seems to work well for my space. I just have get used to the remotes and features.
This is a GREAT TV. Don't hesitate to buy. AMAZON offers the best deal. The Price does tend to fluctuate. When I purchased it, it was $100.00 less that it was today. NO tax, NO Shipping, Free Blu-Ray Player was also a BONUS.
