This is the first time we have purchased a "big ticket" item from Amazon. They were terrific! Great service on the telephone, answered all our questions, and quick delivery of the TV. There was no sales tax and no shipping fees. They even took it out of the box, plugged it in to make sure it was working, and took away all of the packaging. We had a local company recommended by Amazon come to do the actual installation and hook-ups to all of our systems. The Samsung TV itself is a great product and just what we wanted. We've had our TV for about a month, and it's been more than we expected. The picture quality is fantastic! The delivery was great...they kept us informed on when they were coming, showed up when they said they would, set everything up for us, and took the trash away...not the norm these days and greatly appreciated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sound quality of the internal speakers is not great, but usually I listen through my speakers anyway.Digital camera Review: Great TV!

I purchased the TV (LN46A650) at the beginning of May through Warehouse Deals as an open box item.
I could not be happier. The TV arrived 4 days ahead of the promised delivery date and aside from the cardboard box being a little tired the TV looks like new. Everything works perfectly and the picture quality is amazing. The delivery driver helped me unbox the TV and waited until we had set it up and completely checked it out.
I saved at least $400 getting an open box unit. It was more than worth it!
