I have owned this TV for going on a year now. It has been fantastic. The picture quality is insanely clear. I've watched plenty of fast action sports and could not discern any "motion blur" whatsoever. There's literally tons of info on the internet as how to tweak the color settings in the TV's menus to make it really pop out and to save you some life out of the set. The set itself is really beautiful as well. We've had tons of compliments on the asthetics and piano finish. Overall a fantastic buy..especially at what it is now compared to when I bought mine. Did a lot of research. It was between two Samsungs. Looked at the two side by side - really no need for a 120Hz. Also, make sure you turn off both LCDs - newer ones are really shiny and you can see your own reflection in it.
This is an awesome LCD - I am very pleased with this purchase.

This TV is amazing. You will love it. It arrived last week and was very easy to install (it was also lighter than what I expected. I was a little concerned of the weight because it was going on a glass top TV stand).
The picture quality is outstanding. I had a few friends around on the weekend and they were all stunned by the quality.
Some reviewers have commented on the poor sound quality. It's not that bad, but sure, it's not that great. But what do you expect? If you can afford this TV, then adding some decent speakers into the package shouldn't be too much hassle. The TV is designed to look great and clunky speakers on the side would take away from that.
I'm a gamer as well and the responsiveness of the screen is fantastic.
Overall, I am really satisfied with this purchase. 5 out of 5!

I purchased this to replace a 48" DLP TV that I couldn't move upstairs, this has an excellent picture, light (for its size) and looks as nice as it functions. Now I just have to get new equipment to be able to display the 1080p that my old DVD player can't provide. If I had the need for another, I'd buy it, without the need to look elsewhere.
Now it's December 13, and here's my update. I have had this television for 5 months now and have since added a Samsung HT-Z410T 5.1-Channel 5 Disc Home Theater Surround Sound System (Set of Seven, Black) to compliment it, and with the Anynet+ connectitivity, I am able to load my dvd player, and the TV automatically changes to the HDMI input for the DVD, then when I turn it off, it automatically changes back. This TV has always had a great picture from day one, and in retrospect, this is by far the best value for a TV.

We are very happy with our TV. I can connect my laptop to it and watch international TV, we also have our Apple TV connected and can rent HD movies which are spectacular on it. Our living room has lots of windows and there is almost no reflection on the screen. The sound could be better but we got a Bose CineMate for about $500 and the sound issue is gone.
