Great TV, beautiful picture! The 120 Hz makes a huge difference, compare them in the store, as we did. Samsung reps on the phone have been very helpful and extremely customer oriented. Would definitely purchase Samsung again. This next portion of my review does not reflect Samsung in any way, but I could not find anywhere on Amazon's site to leave them their own rating of zero. I just want other buyers to avoid the hassles I endured. Ordering through Amazon in the past, I've never had a problem, but this was a NIGHTMARE. I applied for the Amazon Store Credit Card for the 2 years,no finance charges. I was approved for two thirds of the purchase price of the TV. When I used another card to complete the purchase, the computer accepted it. The purchase did not go through, but I only found this out because I called them. You can only use one card per transaction,but you can go online to purchase a gift card through Amazon and apply it to complete the transaction. This is crazy since you can use another credit card to purchase the gift card??? And of course none of this is explained when placing an online order, you have to call them to find out after the fact. After days of being on the phone and computer, following Amazon's advice, it still didn't process(they had problems with their gift card site). After a week,I cancelled the Amazon Credit Store card and used another of my cards. What upset me the most, was that not one agent could stay with me through the transaction until the problem was resolved. I would call and explain everything, the agent would recommend something for me to do online, it wouldn't work,I would call back, get a different agent, go through the whole story again. This happened at least six times and with a manager involved one of the times. AMAZON-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They're fine as long as you don't have any problems. Get a problem and you feel like you're dealing with a bunch of pre-programmed robots.The only reason I continued with this transaction, was because the TV was so much less through Amazon(about $500).In the future, if I can find what I'm looking for, for even a few more $ somewhere else, I would avoid the hassles and purchase elsewhere.

Not much I can say that hasn't been said in the other reviews. The picture is excellent. One thing you really notice is how great the tv renders blacks. My old TV was HD but it was 5 years old. It's like going from SD to HD all over again. Very vibrant colors but it's the blacks that really stand out.
Amazon delivered the TV within 48 hours of the order. Couldn't be happier with Amazon.

I love this TV! The picture is just ridiculous! Crystal clear, very little glare even in bright light. Coupled with these cables HDMI Cable 6ft 6 ft 1.3 1080P FOR PS3 TO DVD LCD HDTV
which are cheap but functional, it's unbeatable. Saw the TV in the store for a few hundered dollars more and got it here, cheaper, shipped for free and delivered in less than a week.

AWESOME TV!!!! I haven't bought a TV in about 12 years, so I took months agonizing over the decision. I was between this one and a Toshiba but the rich feature set turned the tide to the LN52A650. I've tried out about every thing except the PIP and it all works as it should. Picture is fantastic especially on HD content, but even most analog cable channels look dang good. As others have said, the onboard speakers aren't the greatest, but they're not bad, I hooked the TV into my stereo which sounds great and will more than do until I get a full on home theater system.
A note about CEVA shipping, I followed the tracking closely and my TV arrived at the local terminal on a Wednesday. I waited for a call until Thursday noon, and was told they wouldn't have the two man truck coming to my area until the following Thursday. I think I could have talked them into sending it earlier if I'd help unload, but decided agianst it. When the day came, the delivery window was 11-3 and they showed at about 3.05. They unloaded, unboxed, and made sure the unit worked. My advice would be to call as soon as tracking on the CEVA website shows its reached the local terminal. If I had, I think I could have had the TV a week earlier. A google for CEVA Trak or tracking should lead you to thier website and you can navigate around thier site to find the local phone number, then ask for who=ever schedules deliveries. Amazon tracking seemed to lag behind the CEVA tracking by at least several hours.
Overall, I am very satisfyed with my purchase and would not hisitate to reccomend this TV, and buying it from amazon to anyone.
