Digital camera Review: Great Frame Bad Manual!

Great price and does the job, but the manual is seriously lacking! I bought this as a gift and it was well received. The frame looks great! Noticed a few problems as I went to load photos... manual does not give you a step-by-step breakdown on how to do anything. Also, it does not include pertinent information including how to best save and format your images, image size info, and how to best save the images onto the actual frame's memory.
I bought this and it said it was "new," but was blatantly not! The frame had small scratches and the parts were obviously re-wrapped. Some parts were wrapped with kitchen cling-film lol! Also, the small USB socket is out of line with the frame which renders it almost unusable. I wanted to leave seller feedback, but somehow it is not an option. Hmmm?
Despite the issues, I would actually buy it again as it makes a great gift!

I paid only $50 during Amazon's Christmas specials (not sure I'd pay $100), but my mother was able to get it working immediately, and she'd not the most tech-savvy person. The frame looks good (not cheap, like so many digital frames), and the resolution makes all your family pictures look infinitely better than the printed equivalent. I'm not sure I'm used to seeing digital frames around the house yet, but clearly there are going to be many more of them in the future!Digital camera Review: Great frame in a sexy package!

Overall, I was pleased with the quality of the frame. Especially since it's at the low end of the price spectrum. The pictures come out very nicely and the 120 MB storage holds about 200 pictures, which is a lot more than I had expected. The only negative aspect is that it's not that easy to load the images onto the frame. You can't transfer them from a USB stick directly but need a computer. Also, there is no way to rotate pictures once they're on the frame.
If you're looking for a nice gift idea and are not expecting a fancy mini computer behind the frame, this is a good product.
