Although SmartMedia has fallen as the memory card format of choice, I still have a couple of electronics that only accept this format. I'm not going to throw out perfectly good electronics (one piece can't even be replaced) to use SD cards. You can't really find these at B&M stores either. Having them available on amazon at a good price is great. The card works as expected and I would definitely recommend buying this if you want to continue to use SmartMedia cards.
