I have two of these and a cruzer titanium 1. This is a revised version of the original cruzer titanium. This revised version fixes the issues of the previous model. The case is held together better than its predecessor (the old one use to come apart very easily). But they substituted real metal, for some cheap alloy/plastic housing. It reads and writes fast and is sturdy, but after a few days (especially if you got it on your keyring) the housing is all scratched up and dull.
This model has u3, most bad reviews about this model are because of u3. U3 was abandoned earlier this year for a newer technology coming out soon. U3 does not work with Windows Vista. I recommend you remove U3 by going to [...]
Overall a great USB drive, better than its predecessor.

This flash drive is as good as I've seen. The only drawback to it is the U3 operating system and the scanning software included - as good as it is is not Vista compatible. The drive still works flawlessly with Vista, and it works beautifully with XP. The real bonus though is the virtually indestructable Titanium alloy liquid metal shell, the optional included Titanium clip, and the well made secure lanyard. It is truly a thing of beauty, and tremendous utility. At these prices I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have both the 2 gig and the 4 gig. They are phenomenal. I didn't buy them through this site.

I gave this flash 5 star because of many things.
1- The speed it's faster compare to others like (Kingstone, Adata, Infinity)
2- The design of the flash, it's easier to use compare to others and the size.
3- It has U3 which is very nice to use.
4- The strength of it. I forget it twice in my small jeans pocket and washed in 45c in the washing machine, and worked perfect after that :)
I still buy only Sandisk flash.

I have been using thumb drives for years because of my need to transfer data back and forth between locations. I would have to say that the SanDisk Cruzer series has been the best ones I have had yet. The keychain feature is invaluable and they are nearly indestructible. If you are looking for a USB drive, this one is best in class, period. It is virtually indestructible, small in size and fairly priced. It comes loaded with the U3 system, which allows me to run my key software (Firefox, Thunderbird, and Roboform) on any PC without worrying about leaving sensitive information behind. If you don't want to use U3 (some don't like it) it can be easily removed and this thing works just like any other USB drive. If you travel frequently, a U3 Cruzer is ideal.
