I have two digital Canon cameras; a 3SIS and a SD1000. I use the same card in both. I'm not a professional, but the cards don't cost that much and I do not want to lose any photos that I take. The card is fast and it will hold over 600 photos at the highest camera settings. Simply, top of the line.
Some reviewers here got misunderstanding when compare this product to others as they say "It looks similar to Ultra II or Class 6". To feel the difference u have to test it in DSLR or camcorder (both with demanding circumstances) not in compact cameras. Ultra II give u 10MB/Sec write speed and u dont need more than that for compacts even for burst shooting, u reach the maximum performance with Ultra II in most compact cameras. So it is not surprising that u will not feel difference! u may feel difference while transferring files. 20MB/Sec write/read speed is something surprising. Remember, u may not need all this speed for your compact camera.

I bought this card to provide continuous shooting on my Nikon D80. I have a 8GB SDHC card that is too slow to take more than 8-10 consecutive frames. The Extreme III card can easily record 80-100 consecutive shots. For you nikonians, this 2GB card will record 264 Large/Fine JPGs or 163 RAW files.Digital camera Review: A WHOLE LOT OF PHOTOS

This is a solid, fast card. It mates perfectly with my Pentax K100D, allowing it to take about a picture per second for all 689 pictures that it can take. I bought this card for the speed, durability, and peace of mind that this card is the best that there is. I have not been disappointed, and neither will you.
