Digital camera reviews of SanDisk 2 GB SDSDX3-2048-901 Extreme III SD Memory Card (Retail Package)Digital camera Review: Built for Real-World Conditions Summary: 5 Stars
I really like this card. It's made well for professionals in real-world conditions. The package comes with a free neoprene carrying pouch, a plastic hard case, literature, and a cd-rom for the recovery & back-up software programs.
As far as speed, I'm not sure how fast it is, but I'd say it's equal to another brand of 2GB SD card that's rated at 150x speed. Of course, your camera's processing speed also factors in.
In my 10 MP Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera, the SanDisk 2GB Extreme III SD card gives me exactly 399 shots. This gets interesting: my Leica M8 gets exactly 539 shots at the finest jpeg setting!
So far, I have not had any data loss problems, and that to me is very important.
Digital camera Review: Buy it now! Summary: 5 Stars
Extremely fast. No waiting for image or video transfers. Awesome!
Digital camera Review: Buyer Beware, Dissatisfied Customer Summary: 1 Stars
I place an order through Amazon and when my shipment arrived I received two orders from Adorama. I contacted the company and they informed me to ship the 2nd item back (at my cost) and they would refund my credit card. Three weeks after I mailed the item I received my credit card bill that still reflected the charge. I contacted Adorama, they claim that they never received the shipment and I would need to deal with Amazon (very rude staff). I contacted Amazon and through their A to Z Guarantee and would investigate the issue. After a few days of investigation they denied my claim due to insufficient evidence of delivery, basically calling me a liar. I will never do business with Amazon or Adorama again and I would warn others of the poor customer service practice that these companies practice. I am a dissatisfied customer. Only reason they received "one star" rating is "no stars" was not an option.
Digital camera Review: Careful with this one Summary: 2 Stars
I wanted to use this card with a digital picture frame. It can not be read in my Belkin card reader. Can not be opened or formatted. It works okay in my Kodak camera but I didn't really want to install the camera software if I didn't have to since I have the card reader.
Digital camera Review: Considerably faster than Ultra II in my Canon SD800 Summary: 5 Stars
Continuous shooting doesn't slow down after internal buffer of camera is filled. (I tried for one minute.)
Readout with Canon camera window application also is sped up!
Highly recommended.
