I've only had the card for a few months but it has performed well to date. The capacity was good for the money at the time I bought it. As for speed, I've experienced no slow down even while shooting in burst mode.

This is my backup CF for my Cannon Rebel XTI. The CF works perfectly fine when I shoot one snap at a time. No noticeable delay. For burst mode, noticeable slow-down after 4 snaps. If you are planning to go for frame-by-frame capture of a deer jumping around trees or the touch-down at super-bowl, this CF is not for you.
