Digital camera reviews of SanDisk 8 GB Extreme III CF Card SDCFX3-008G-A31 (Retail Package)Digital camera Review: Excellent CF card. Fast and reliable. Summary: 5 Stars
I use this card with my 50D and when I shoot in RAW I get about 330 shots but in jpeg over 1000. The card is extremely fast and keeps up with the 50D when I chase my niece and nephew around. I was able to take multiple shot of them going down slides and running. The card didn't miss a beat when I was shooting high speed continuous.
Highly recommended.
Digital camera Review: Excellent Flash Card Summary: 5 Stars
Got this CF card for my Olympus e510, and going from a Ultra II to an Extreme III has a major impact on reading and writing speeds. Can take more burst photos in a row before it has to slow down, transfers to the computer are much faster now too.
There really isn't anything to complain about with this card and you can't go wrong with it. It's high quality and fast.
Digital camera Review: Excellent Product Summary: 5 Stars
The SanDisk 8 GB Extreme III CF Card is an outstanding value. I've noticed some marked improvement in color saturation and reduced noise level in my digital images since using this product.SanDisk 8 GB Extreme III CF Card SDCFX3-8192-901 (Retail Package)
Digital camera Review: Excellent capacity, a little slower than I'd like Summary: 4 Stars
This card is excellent for most DSLR use. I can store about 1100 JPEGs or 200 RAW with my D300. New buyers should know this card does nor support UDMA so the speed is only around 60% as fast as the new UDMA cards. However, depending on your camera, it can still handle endless continuous JPEGS (As long as you set it to a lower quality) but still perfectly acceptable for high motion photography.
Digital camera Review: Excellent for long trips Summary: 5 Stars
I took this card on a long trip and never changed the memory card. Never had any problems with extreme cold and heat seen on this trip.
