I purchased the SanDisk for the U3 software application to be run on the flash drive... After testing or playing with the flash drive and the U3 software... i would have to give it 5 stars... As long as you're going from PC to PC you can carry all of your applications around on the flash drive...
Depending on your preference... Portable Apps. can be run on any flash drive... While U3 is SanDisk specific... Both applications work great if you would like to have the ability to carry your documents and applications around only on a single flash drive... Yes, you can remove the U3 application and reinstall if you would like... Pending on the application the U3 software will use upto 1 GB.. So, go bigger than 1 GB if you would like to test/play with the U3 software.......
Rate it a must buy for the 16 GB with the U3 software addition...

SanDisk is accepted as an established maker of high quality RAM type digital memory, such as that used in their "Cruzer" flash drives. The unit is well conceived, with a USB plug that extends from and retracts into the sturdy black case. The only reason I rated this product 3 stars instead of 5 stars is that the width of the current case design prvents its use beside another USB device in my laptop, where the USB ports are side-by-side flat style, with only a narrow gap between them. I do have a USB extension cord, with which we can circumvent this problem, but it is likely future design of the "Cruzer" should include a trimmer case dimension.Digital camera Review: 16 gb flash
