I like both the U3 software/LaunchPad and the Cruzer. Both work great and at a great price. Access time reading/writing data is very fast (I have only used with XP). Amount of storage space is also great, even with some U3 software installed, and with password protection on.
I know many reviewers hate the U3 software and take it off right away. Not sure why as I think it really adds to the overall value of the SanDisk. I would recommend giving it a look at, before removing it.
My only regret is that I didn't get one sooner!! Highly recommend product.

Amazing hardware, I could not believe I had spent $25.00 on a 4GB HP USB a week ago.
This is actually my first purchase at Amazon.com, and let me tell you that this USB is incredible, affordable, and easy to use.
