Digital camera Review: Okay for Small Stuff

If you're looking for an amazing MP3 player that you're willing to spend top dollar on to get top quality sound and no troubles, then this player is not for you.
However, if you're looking for a quick way to get started with a cheap player that's easy to upgrade the size of the memory on, then this is the way to go.
The sound quality isn't amazing. It's bulky despite it's small size. If you buy good electronics batteries with long life, you'll have a long lasting battery you can pop in and out at your leisure. You don't need a computer or AC adapter to charge it up. If you want recharge abilities, buy a battery recharging kit (you can usually get the Energizer or Panasonic ones pretty cheap, tons of battery manufacturers have rechargeables and rechargers now), and carry a fully charged spare if you're going to be traveling a lot where you might not be able to plug in. It only takes one battery, so a four pack will last you a while.
The screen is small and difficult to read for those with poor eyesight. It's not lit very well.
However, swapping music and memory size is the simplest ever. Get your hands on a SanDisk Cruzer (micro) in just about any capacity and load it up with music files. USB drives are so cheap now, I had one I dedicated to just music so there were no fancy directories and other things I needed to navigate through to find my music, and I didn't have to worry about other files loaded on it. Once you've done that, take it out of your computer and plug it into the adapter. Voila. Music. If you use Windows, drag and drop or copy and paste it through Explorer just like you would with any other USB drive. Simple. Easy. No extra software to install and convert music.
I do recommend getting yourself your own headphones, as the ones that came with it became extremely uncomfortable for me. I was never much of an earbud fan to begin with, and the ones that come with it are stiff and somewhat painful.
