Digital camera reviews of SanDisk Extreme III 4 GB CompactFlash Memory Card SDCFX3-004G-A31

Digital camera Review: Excellent choice
Summary: 5 Stars

I purchased this card for my Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTi. It is reliable (so far), has excellent read/write times, and has performed well overall. With nearly 1000 pictures in JPG format or 500 in RAW that can fit on the card, it's been great, and I don't think that I'll need another card.

Digital camera Review: Excellent for 10+ MP bodies
Summary: 5 Stars

On my 30D (8.2 MP body), I use the 2GB Extreme III card and it has just the right amount of space for shooting in RAW. But on my 40D (10.1 MP body), I needed more space. The 4 GB card answered that and for a great price. Great for night long-exposure shooting in cold temps.

Digital camera Review: Excellent option for digital photo taking!
Summary: 5 Stars

I bought this memory card to use with my Canon Rebel XT digital camera for my vacations. It responds very fast and it bears over 1000 photos of 5Megapixels, so there's no need to carry more than one memory with you. The only downside to it is the time it takes to upload all images to the computer while using the USB 2.0 port... :(

Digital camera Review: Excellent!
Summary: 5 Stars

Very happy with this card,it is fast and so far has not given me any damaged photo or errors as others I have used before. It works great with my D300.

Digital camera Review: Extreme III - I never leave home without them...
Summary: 5 Stars

I'm a huge fan of this flash card. Of course, it's what was suggested when I purchased my camera (Sony Alpha 300) and it's the only card that I've used, but I haven't had any problems. The thing that I appreciate most is that I can reuse the cards. At first I was purchasing a new one for every shoot (or every other shoot), which is spendy, but it's not necessary. They hold up well with multiple uses.

I'm a pet photographer and I shoot mainly dogs - candid, fun, on location - and I need a camera and a flash card that can process quickly and this one is perfect. I was told not to max out the memory and the most JPEGs I've put on my cards is 750 (and that's because I wasn't paying attention) and I had no problems. If I change cards, it'll be to upgrade to the Extreme IV.

Enjoy!
