This was very easy to set up and it handles a large range of memory cards so that I don't have to worry about getting a new reader everytime I buy something new. It comes with a cradle with a built in USB cable to connect to your machine. You can remove the reader from the cradle and it also comes with a very short USB cable you can use to connect the reader to a laptop. This is a nice option if you want to travel with this reader. However, if you want to lay the reader on its side and connect it to a desktop you are going to need a separate USB cable. The USB cable for the cradle is built into the crade and the other USB cable is very short. All in all, I am very pleased.Digital camera Review: Easy to use and load [I have Windows 98]

I was tired of running the cord from my digital camera to my computer every time I wanted to store photos (and even though I have a fairly new computer, I bought it just before card readers came standard). Our old camera used Memory Stick, our new camera uses the smaller Memory Sticks, and my phone uses mini-SD. This thing handles them all easily. Each separate "reader" appears as a separate drive to your computer (Memory Sticks in one, SD cards in another, and so on--I think it appears as 4 drives in all), so there is no problem with recognition. It doesn't take up my space, and it actually even looks kind of good sitting next to my router. Love it (and the price on Amazon was way under the box stores).Digital camera Review: Easy to use... and no issues so far....

Great Product! Had this since over a month now and works perfectly fine. 4 stars 'coz i did'nt test it out how it works with Pro-duo and other cards.
