After taken some pictures I received an "err 2" message. I talked to Sandisk tech support to try to resolve the issue and did not have any luck (after about a hour on the phone). After a couple days of waiting for my claim to be approved I received a "cannot approve your RMA at this time because we don't have proof of purchase on file with Sandisk" This would have been nice to know at the beginning and not 2 days later! I think they do this on purpose. Another point is..Sandisk makes you open a Ebox with them to process your return and they are suppose to EMAIL you when there are updates. I never got an email!!
I am now waiting to see if I can even get this returned or not? This is the second time a Sandisk has malfunction on me. I don't recommend buying Sandisk to anyone. This will be the last one I ever buy!!!

I've been using Sandisk brand CF cards for a few years now and for the most part the cards have worked well for me. I decided to upgrade to this new edition since the price was great and I like to try new products. The only downside to this product is the recovery software that comes with it. I can't say I've had much luck with it. It recovered images one time and one time only. I've lost over 400 RAW image files b/c this software failed to work properly. I've even written to sandisk customer service and received no reply which I find to be very unprofessional. It's a shame.Digital camera Review: Very good CF card.

This is a very good card. Much faster than the regular CF. I use it in a Cannon 20D camera - I noticed a big difference between a 1GB CF card and this 4GB card for both speed an capacity.
