I have a Canon Power Shot A 620 digital camera and it is 7.1 mega pixels. This card (SanDisk SDSDH-1024-901 1 GB Ultra II Secure Digital Memory Card)lets me shoot 515 pictures, at best image. I have not tried Video yet, so I can't tell you how much Video, this card will hold (I have a Digital Mini DV recorder I use for that). The speed seems fine to me,and its been 100% reliable so far. I have two 1 GIG cards and that's pretty much all I need for vacations, family shots etc.,Digital camera Review: Excellent Quality

I have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ5 digital camera which I had been using with a 512MB Panasonic SD card, however since I bought the 1 GB Sandisk Ultra II SD card I really started to enjoy taking 5 megapixel pictures and not worrying about save-to-card times and space limitations. This card is lightning fast. I am using it with my Canon SD700 and works great. Only drawback is that it is slightly expensive, but quality never comes cheap. :)
