Digital camera reviews of SanDisk Sansa Clip 2 GB MP3 Player - Black

Digital camera Review: Active Users, beware
Summary: 3 Stars

About a month ago, I bought my first Sansa Clip 2 GB to use while running. I was definitely impressed by the player out of the box. Great sound quality, and jam packed with features for a low price. The one thing that I did have slight problem with was the weak headphones, the shielding for the cord has seperated from the plug and the headphones probably won't last much longer.

As I said before, I bought my Sansa Clip to run with. I figured that a player with a built in clip would be great to use, since I would not have to worry about carrying it or having somewhere to put it. Well, it turns out that it's not quite that simple.

My first clip lasted about two weeks. It stopped functioning properly during a run. Apparently, my sweat had killed the player. Although it would still turn on when plugged in, it would not turn on when not plugged into the computer. So I had to get it replaced.

Obviously this time I sought a case for the Clip to keep it protected. This is where I ran into another snag. The Clip has very few third-party accessories. EVERY case I could find online or in stores left the USB B port exposed (so you don't have to take the case off, obviously, but what about those of us that want sometihng more durable?). Regardless, I opted to buy a silicon case, hoping it would extend the life of my player.

Well, that point became irrelevant, since my SECOND player died today.... again from sweat alone. It was not raining, I did not pour water on myself, it was just clipped to my shorts and it died.

The Clip is a great player, but probably not if you're doing any intense activity. The lack of third-party support seems to kill it here. Looks like it's back to the 512 MB Shuffle, which has yet to fail me.

Digital camera Review: All you can want in a bargain price MPE

Easy to use. Sound quality will impress for the price, even twice that....I have mine for 2 months and I made the right decision....I would give it 5 stars for the price....

Digital camera Review: Almost perfect

The headphone jack should be angled and is lacking some configuration options I'd like to have. I specifically chose this player because it is effortless to get it to work with linux systems and has support for vorbis.

Digital camera Review: Amazing little mp 3 player
Summary: 5 Stars

I almost bought the iPod shuffle, believing iPod's were the only way to go, but I liked the screen on this, and it was just about the same price, so I took a chance. it is unbelievably small, you can always have it with you, great sound, easy drag and dropping files, however making a play list took a little time, they don't give you an owners manual, you have to go online and download it. But I really like it, and wouldn't hesitate getting another one.

Now if they could only come up with a wireless earphone.

Digital camera Review: Amazingly Durable, Too!

Somehow my teenage son managed to send his Sandisk Clip through the washer AND dryer in the pocket of his jeans. It was cracked in the process, and of course throughly soaked, then tumble dried. Not only does it still work, he didn't even lose his songs! I don't think I'll kill it by sweating when I exrcise, like I did a couple of Shuffles.
