Digital camera Review: Doesn't play wma songs

I bought an 8 gig sansa fuze but returned it when the wma songs that work perfectly fine in every other situation would not play on the device.
I purchased an 2 gig model and again wma songs that played fine on my computer and on my other mp3 player would not work on the fuze.
I will be returning this item tomorrow unless someone has the solution to this problem.
Update....
The customer service person at sansa told me my wma songs were old and in an old version of the wma format which is no longer supported by the device and that if I wanted to hear that music any more I had to recreate the songs with the new version of the wma format.

All Sandisk players are not very good and are more trouble then they are worth. Consistent software failures, poor tech support, tenuous controls all combine to make these a lot of effort. Sure they sound great when they are working but my family has had 3 of these and all failed in some way within 6 months. Got very tired of having to reload all my songs after the software failed (a total of 5 times before throwing them out). I bought this because I could use it with Rhapsody as I have an account with unlimited song play. It worked great for about 6 months. Then, it started to crash in the middle of playing a songs. The player would just shut down. I reformatted and installed the latest firmware, but that only helped for a couple of days. Now it's completely dead. Too bad, because it is a nice looking player with great sound and features. It's a lemon though. I ended up spending the extra money for an iPod touch. I can't use it with Rhapsody, but I haven't had any problems with iPods.Digital camera Review: Easy and Wonderful

My only previous experience with an MP3 player has been with Creative Zen. I find this player to be a vast improvement for at least two reasons: 1. I can view the screen in the sun; 2. I can scroll through the options easily.
