Digital camera reviews of SanDisk Sansa Shaker 512 MB MP3 Player (Pink)Digital camera Review: Great mp3 player for kids Summary: 4 Stars
Small and easy to handle. Don't like to have kids use headphones because of ear damage, the speaker works great.
Takes regular SD-memory and just 1 battery which I did not have to replace yet.
Just the lid for the battery and SD/USB access is a little loose, but a drop of rubber-glue does the job.
WONDERFUL little machine. My kid loves it!
Digital camera Review: I like it so much! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought 3 from a store in order to use my gift card ( it will expire very soon). I open one. It is great! The 512M card can hold around 10 hours music. And the pre-installed 8 songs are very good.
This is a very good product with very great design.
Digital camera Review: Just a little bit of a pain Summary: 4 Stars
Make sure you know how to change your computer media player to the correct format because mp3 format is the only format this player accepts!! I had to go to the Sansa website to read troubleshooting problems and replies to figure it out. Other than the pain of having to do that it is a neat little first player for kids. Next one will have a screen.
Digital camera Review: Just wonderful! Summary: 5 Stars
My little one enjoys this. I like that you can use it with or without earphones.
Digital camera Review: Kids' Sansa shaker, good with reservations Summary: 4 Stars
I love this shaker, with a couple reservations.
The little reservation: the earbuds are too big to fit into my kids ears and stay there. I heard a lot of "mom, they won't stay it" and "mom, it fell out" on a long car ride, then I bought them a cheap pair of old fashioned "over the head" earphones and that fixed the issue.
The big reservation: It only plays music in MP3 format!
As a non-tech person I didn't know the difference so all my old ITunes wouldn't play. It's been a pain converting things, and I haven't been successful with all. I bought these for my kids and they love them! They're durable, the kids can operate them (ages 5 and 8) and the colors (pink and blue) mean that they always know whose it whose.
