Digital camera Review: ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE - Don't Buy It

I ordered this as an alternative to buying an ipod. Not only is it slow when trying to flip through the song library, but it also feels cheap and fragile. Now comes the biggest part - after a *week* of using it I tried to turn it on. The screen lit up and showed the "sandisk" logo and then slowly faded to black and froze there! After this the player wouldn't even turn off or do anything at all! Customer service DIDNT HELP at all and this product is just a waste of time and money!! DONT BUY IT!!! I've also had a couple of friends who have had the same experience as me (I found this out after I had purchased it).Digital camera Review: AMAAZING mp3, better then my old ipod!

This mp3 player is amazing, more then I expected it to be. I got it for $60 (that includes tax and shipping), used (like new) and it's in great condition. I am very satisfied. It beats my old ipod nano by a long shot. it has more space, (4 GB more) and was still much, much cheaper. it plays radio, records, you can control the brightness of the screen to save battery, and delete songs right off the mp3 instead of hooking it up to a computer to delete it. you can't do any of these things with any ipods I've seen.
the controls are a little harder to do then an ipod, but you get used to it fast. the scroller does speed up like on an ipod, but that doesn't bother me. it doesn't have any games, or a calendar like an ipod does.
the first day i got it, i had some trouble with it, but after downloading an update, all the problems went away, so you should probably download the update if you get this.
over all, i love it!! i definitely prefer it over my ipod.
i still can't believe i got this wonderful product for $60!!

I researched MP3 players for 4 days and reading reviews on the SanDisk. My brother has one and recommended it. I have purchased 4 IPOD's and will not purchase another. Although Itunes is user friendly, they have too many rules. The Sansa has worked out wonderfully and am thinking of buying one for my husband for Xmas. Absolutely love it!! Great features -- just make sure that you read the instructions first, especially on download format. Even the FM tuner works very well.
I find that the controls are easier to use with a silicone skin on -- it's so nice that we are buying a second one -- then I don't have to share with my spouse.
Great features -- great price. Worth every penny I spent.

This MP3 player is sleek and so very easy to use. The voice recorder is an added bonus and works very well. The expansion slot for additional memory is a wonderful feature. The unit's sound is great, too. Highly recommended.
