We bought 2 of these for our daughters for Christmas a couple of years ago. Shortly after the warranty expired one of them froze on the boot up screen never the function again. Customer Service said it was fried and there was nothing they could do. Felt bad and bought our daughter a new one. About 9 months later the exact same thing happened to the other original player. We're obviously NOT replacing it with another. Just waiting for the one we bought about a year ago to fry up!Digital camera Review: Best Buy!

I bought this after seeing consumer reports name the 1 GB version a best buy. Since I own a fair amount of music, I thought the 2 GB would be a better purchase. What a great player! It's super easy to use and great for those of us that just want to listen to music without paying for all of the bells and whistles that come with an iPod (which I would never use). I've recommended this to everyone I know who is in the market for a player. My only regret is that I didn't buy the 4 GB version!Digital camera Review: Best Little MP 3

This is my third version of this product. Intitially bought the 512 mg. Then the 1 gig and now own a 2 gig. For ease of use and set up the SanDisk works great for me. Not to mention affordability! I absolutely love my Sandisk 2GB MP3. This is my first mp3. I was debating on ipod but it too expensive. The sandisk is small, sleek, and affordable. I highly recommend it.
